Come join us for a special exhibition to mark Explore Your Archives 2018. The exhibition, 'Denny Lane, Renaissance Man', features personal items from the archives of Lane with highlights including his school book, a music sheet with lyrics for his ballad Carrigdhoun set to the tune of 'The Lament of the Irish Maiden', and letters from important historical figures such as Thomas Davis and William Smith O'Brien.  This year marks the bicentenary of the birth of Lane, a significant Cork businessman, poet, and patriot.

The exhibition is open to the public until the end of February, Tuesdays to Fridays, 10 am to 1pm, and 2pm to 5pm.
